"1. Advertised high speed internet was unavailable. This was a real aggravation, because I had business that needed to be taken care of while traveling that I could not do at dial-up speed. Hotel mgt was matter of factly unapologetic, and said that it would be down for a week. This feature was one factor in my choice of the hotel.
2. I got family members to join us at the hotel, and helped them to book the room online, but when they showed up, there was no record of their reservation, and check in took 15-20 minutes.
3. Bed was hard as a rock.
4. Workout equipment in the fitness room was non-functional.
4. Breakfast was hot and tasty!"
